This is an alphabetical listing by subject matter, last name and title of information that appears in the written portion of this Report. Where multiples of references are repeated about a topic, only highlights are listed here as, for example, the names of Springfield, City Utilities and CU, or Department of Public Works or DPW. Also, terms like I/I appear throughout the text and, therefore, are not individually listed.
Also, since I am author of this Report, I do not include references to me personally in the index, although the titles of three of my literary works are included.
