NAGASAKI
A girl was
suddenly piecemeal
she and earth reduced to a rubble
of pebble and bone
puzzled pieces
shards of shadow
recalled
remembered on the sky
freakish, misshapen
in the eye of the horror
where she spins and spirals
brooding over the conscience of mankind.
