A non-profit literary society incorporated in the State of Missouri on July 31, 2001 by Wanda Sue Parrott, founder and sole incorporator, it was dissolved as a Missouri corp. on Aug. 31, 2009. It relocated to California in May 2009 and, pending reincorporation as a non-profit entity, is operating as Wanda Sue Parrott's privately managed literary "fundation" (Fdn.)There are no officers, directors or employees. PANEL OF JUDGES: Panel members are both officers and honorary members of the Meeting The Muse Section of the Fdn. A new panel is convened for each literary competition, most of which involve poetry. EMPLOYEES OF THE CORPORATION: There are no paid employees of Amy Kitchener's Angels Without Wings Fdn. FINANCIAL: Income comes from contest entry fees, website subscriptions and pledges, editorial services and contributions. There are no grants or loans from private or public institutions which support this literary fund. Donations are not tax deductible.
